Our non-resident Fellowship program aims at promoting and amplifying the voices of young Australians in providing analysis and commentary on international affairs and policy.
Over a period of six months, Fellows regularly write and contribute articles for our blog Insights, analysing current events, issues and the latest developments in their area of expertise. Fellowships are open to Australian citizens or permanent residents.
Our national conference, Future 21, brings together current and future Australian policy leaders to think critically about the foreign policy, defence and strategic challenges and opportunities facing Australia and how we will navigate our future in the 21st century.

FUTURE LEADERS SERIES
One of our flagship initiatives, the Future Leaders Series is designed to engage Australia's future leaders in considering critical issues affecting Australia, the Indo -Pacific region and the international system and equip them with the knowledge, skills and networks to respond to these challenges and shape future policy decisions.
The Future Leaders Series comprises a series of modules, each focusing on a particular issue or challenge, which runs across four consecutive weeks. Past themes have included: Australia and the Pacific, the Australia-US alliance, climate change, cyber security, populism, and multilateralism.
