While meeting all the qualifications is helpful (and some positions may require specific experience), we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply even if they do not meet every single requirement. YAIA sells merchandise to fund its educational initiatives, helping to empower the next generation of leaders in international affairs. As a result, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
However, under Australian consumer law, if you think there is a major issue with the product, we will be happy to provide an exchange for the product, or if necessary accept the return of the product for a refund.
We are also happy to do a size swap at one of our events in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne providing the item has not been worn, still has its tag and we have available items in the size you would like to swap for.

Our interviews are typically 30 minutes, and are conducted via Google Meet. We aim to make the interview experience as comfortable as possible and focus on your skills, experience, and alignment with the role and our organisational values.
